The Prince Edward Island Psychologists Registration Board was established in 1991 following passage of the province’s first Psychologists Act (1990).
The Board now operates under the Psychologists Act (2009), and Regulations, which came into effect on 5 March, 2011; the Act was amended in 2015 and in 2019.
